We are hiring for a Business Systems Analyst. This role focuses on gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting software delivery across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, with recent experience in hospitality or retail. What You Bring 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience in enterprise environments Recent experience in the hospitality or retail industry Experience with CRM, POS, reservation, booking, loyalty, and financial systems Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery models Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools Strong requirements gathering, process modeling, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Experience supporting the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) What You'll Do Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions Prepare business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows Support backlog management and prioritization Conduct gap analysis, process improvement, and solution impact assessments Support UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, and production rollout Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Nice to have Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Oracle OPERA, Maestro, or Cloudbeds Knowledge of Azure or AWS CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certifications Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot for documentation, requirements management, and user story refinement

Requirements

Requires 7+ years of enterprise business systems analysis experience, including recent experience in hospitality or retail, and familiarity with CRM, POS, reservation, booking, loyalty, and financial systems. Candidates should have strong requirements, process modeling, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, SDLC experience, and knowledge of Agile and Waterfall; relevant certifications and PMS or cloud experience are nice to have.
