Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in the Wealth Management domain to support Clients business and technology initiatives You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams translating complex requirements into actionable solutions and driving system enhancements Key Responsibilities Gather analyze and document business requirements from Wealth Management stakeholders Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams Conduct impact analysis and feasibility assessments for proposed system changes Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers QA product owners and business leaders Create and maintain comprehensive business and technical documentation Support system testing quality assurance and user acceptance testing UAT Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend optimization solutions Participate in project planning estimation and status tracking activities Manage stakeholder communication and expectation setting throughout project lifecycle Required Qualifications 7 years of professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the Wealth Management domain Strong knowledge of Wealth Management products services and business processes Proficiency in SQL data querying and analysis Advanced Excel skills pivot tables VLOOKUP data analysis Handson experience with JIRA ticket creation tracking workflow management Handson experience with Confluence documentation creation and collaboration Excellent analytical problem solving and communication skills Ability to work and manage multiple priorities Desirable Qualifications Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies Knowledge of wealth management regulatory requirements and compliance Experience with data visualization tools Familiarity with banking systems and architecture
