Job summary
Job Summary (RPA UiPath Developer) Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Assistant. Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation workflows following UiPath best practices. Analyze business processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities. Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to gather and refine requirements. Create and maintain process and technical documentation (PDD, SDD, etc.). Integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, OCR tools, and third-party systems. Deploy, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot bots using UiPath Orchestrator. Provide post-production support, incident resolution, and improvements for bot stability. Conduct root cause analysis and enhance existing automations as needed. Ensure all solutions comply with architecture, security, and governance standards. Review code to ensure quality, reusability, and performance. Utilize Git/Azure DevOps for version control and follow best practices. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate across functions. Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team. Bring 6 8 years of RPA experience (including 4+ years with UiPath), with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
