We are hiring for a Java Developer. This role focuses on developing and maintaining full-stack applications supporting non-financial risk management. The ideal candidate has 7 15 years of experience in Java development, distributed systems, microservices, and modern front-end technologies. What You Bring 7 15 years of software development experience Strong skills in Core Java, Java EE, Spring, Spring Boot, web services, and relational databases Experience with Angular, React, or similar front-end frameworks Experience designing large-scale distributed systems and microservices Experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, including Agent mode and Skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to write comprehensive unit tests and maintain clean, efficient code What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications Build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions Use generative AI tools and coding assistants to improve development and automation Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Write tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability Participate in Agile activities and adapt to changing business and regulatory requirements Nice to have Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization Knowledge of observability tools and serverless architecture Experience with Git, Jenkins, and Jira or other application lifecycle management tools Basic knowledge of Linux and shell scripting
