Messageway/Seeburger Support Analyst

Install, configure, and maintain Messageway / Seeburger MFT software. Configure and manage secure file transfer flows, queues, and channels. Implement secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTPS). Automate file transfer workflows. Monitor file transfer jobs, logs, triggers, and alerts. Troubleshoot and resolve file transfer issues. Provide Level 2/3 production support. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and application teams. Configure and maintain SSH and PGP keys for secure file transfers. Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and procedures. Perform Windows server patching and validate application functionality after maintenance.
