Lead end-to-end delivery of the Power BI reporting program using Agile| Scrum| and Project Management best practices while ensuring alignment with federal government governance requirements. Facilitate sprint planning| daily stand-ups| backlog grooming| sprint reviews| and retrospectives while removing delivery impediments and managing risks. Develop and maintain project plans| schedules| RAID logs| status reports| resource plans| and executive dashboards for stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders| data architects| Power BI developers| QA analysts| and infrastructure teams to ensure successful project delivery. Drive stakeholder engagement| scope management| budget tracking| change control| and timely communication of project progress| issues| and dependencies.
