Support enterprise applications, middleware, API gateways, and REST APIs across production and non-production environments. Troubleshoot connectivity, configuration, availability, and performance issues, and coordinate incident, problem, and change management with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills Strong experience in enterprise application, middleware, API, and production support. Hands-on experience with API Gateway/API Management platforms and REST APIs. Strong knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, authentication, authorization, SSL/TLS, certificates, keystores, truststores, and mTLS. Proficiency in Splunk for log analysis and Dynatrace for monitoring, tracing, and performance troubleshooting. Strong troubleshooting skills across connectivity, configuration, availability, and performance issues. Experience in incident, problem, and change management, including runbook and operational documentation. Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and support production and non-production environments. Nice To Have IBM middleware/API technologies and financial-services experience. Knowledge of ITIL processes, vulnerability management, and security remediation.
