Dayforce Consultant Location: Remote – Canada Employment Type: Permanent Salary: CAD $90,000 – $140,000 + Benefits We're working with a growing organization that is looking to add a Dayforce Consultant to its team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company investing heavily in its HR technology landscape and work on a variety of Dayforce implementation, optimization, and enhancement projects. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in Canada. What You'll Do Configure, implement, and optimize Dayforce solutions across multiple HCM modules. Gather business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions. Partner with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to improve processes and system functionality. Support new implementations, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing enhancements. Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional support to end users. Deliver user training and assist with testing activities, including UAT. Recommend best practices and continuous improvements to maximize the value of the Dayforce platform. What We're Looking For Experience working with Ceridian Dayforce as a Functional Consultant, HRIS Analyst, or Systems Consultant. Hands-on configuration experience in one or more Dayforce modules such as: Core HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, Learning Experience supporting Dayforce implementations or post-go-live enhancements. Strong understanding of HR and/or Payroll business processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Nice to Have Experience with system integrations and reporting. Dayforce certifications. Consulting experience working with multiple clients or business units.
