Your impact Jacobs is currently looking to hire a Field Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a hybrid office-home role based out of one of our Western Canada offices (Calgary, Edmonton, Burnaby, or Victoria). In this position, you will support our various field programs by performing a variety of tasks, including logistics planning and coordination, resolving issues, and communicating with field staff. You will ensure all field staff have equipment, accommodations, and transportation that meet legal, regulatory, and safety requirements. This position will start as a 5-month contract position with the possibility of extension or transfer into a full-time position based on workload. Responsibilities include Compile shift schedules and field staffing information to develop and maintain logistics plans. Arrange and track accommodations, transportation, equipment, and other logistical requirements for field staff. Ensure all field personnel have the necessary safety training and access to digital data collection tools and digital resources. Communicate regularly with field staff, subcontractors, vendors, and service providers to coordinate resources and resolve issues. Provide timely updates to project managers and operational teams on logistics status and emerging requirements. Maintain organized records of logistics activities, schedules, and expenses. Provide occasional evening and weekend on-call support to address urgent field logistics issues and operational needs. Here's what you'll need High School Diploma. 2+ years relevant experience to field coordination duties. Work experience, certification, or degree related to project coordination. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Experience with MS Office Suite. Demonstrated customer service and communication skills. English - Fluent written and verbal. Time management skills, with the ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks and projects and meet project deadlines. Travel and logistics coordination experience is considered an asset. Posted Salary Range Minimum 66,300.00 Posted Salary Range Upper 103,575.00 The base salary range for this position is $66,300.00 to $103,575.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across British Columbia, Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
