Your impact We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Transportation Planning Project Manager to join our Canadian Planning Practice. You will be sitting in Ontario aligned to our Toronto office. You’ll be working on exciting and engaging transportation projects for our public sector clients across North America with a strong focus on the Ontario market. You’ll be working in a hybrid arrangement from home and from our Toronto office, with the expectation of travel for client meetings and team meetings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Securing and strengthening long term client partnerships to help drive the growth of our Transportation/Planning practice, through Partnering with our operations, sales and market solutions leaders at a local, national and global scale to develop unique and valued client propositions. Being highly influential in the winning of our most important opportunities and ensuring appropriate engagement and collaboration across our Market Solutions/Subject Matter Experts. Leading and/or producing high quality thought leadership content and using unique insights to engage our clients. Representing Jacobs at industry events (conferences, etc.) Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver the transportation/transit planning projects in our growing portfolio. Supporting the growth of our practice by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent Coordinating with local authorities, transit agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and support. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities, challenges, and risks for clients Here's what you'll need Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; or a degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a Transit/Transportation focus Licensed P.Eng. or Registered Professional Planner (or ability to secure such designations within 6 months) 15+ years of relevant work experience in transportation/transit planning(public or private sectors) Knowledge/proficiency with the analytical tools and techniques used in transportation/transit planning Strong communication, project management and interpersonal skills. Posted Salary Range Minimum 150,000.00 Posted Salary Range Upper 195,000.00 The base salary range for this position is $150,000.00 to $195,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across Ontario, Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Urban and Regional Planning with 15+ years of relevant experience. Must be a Licensed P.Eng. or Registered Professional Planner, or be able to obtain these designations within 6 months.
