Facilitate a fun work environment by bringing positive energy to work, energizing the team and inspiring others to do the same. Assist in leading and managing a team of customer service/sales specialists Develop successful people by providing training, mentoring and coaching to the team. Ensure all JAK'S standards are met and exceeded to deliver an outstanding retail experience. Participate in the hiring process by collaborating with the store manager and/or the Director of People & Culture on new hires Communicate and achieve the budgeted key performance indicators within the team for your store Create and implement customer-focused business strategies Participate in the performance management process, memorable experiences, and grow both personally and professionally, then Cheers!
