Type: Independent Contractor / Flexible Schedule We are a growing Canadian medical aesthetics company expanding across Canada and seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to develop clinic and medspa partnerships. We specialize in regenerative medical aesthetics & equipment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in aesthetics, skincare, medical devices, or clinic sales who enjoys relationship-building, consultative selling, and business development. What You'll Do Build relationships with aesthetic clinics, medspas, and healthcare professionals Introduce and educate clients on our professional product lines Conduct presentations, demos, and follow-up support Develop and manage your territory pipeline Attend occasional industry events and trainings What We're Looking For Experience in medical aesthetics, skincare, medspa, pharmaceutical, or device sales Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-driven and comfortable managing a territory independently Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation Legally eligible to work in Canada Compensation Uncapped commission structure with performance incentives High earning potential: range from $3,000–$12,000+ depending on performance and territory development Travel allowance Flexible independent contractor arrangement Training, onboarding, and sales support provided High-growth territory with strong long-term potential To Apply Please send your CV along with a brief introduction outlining your experience, territory familiarity, and availability.
