Reference Number: 32023 Position Summary Woodland Constructors Ltd. is seeking experienced Hoe Equipment Operators to join the Dow Chemical Site in Fort Saskatchewan, AB. The successful candidate will safely operate Hoes and other heavy equipment to support excavation, grading, trenching, and material handling activities while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. Key Responsibilities Operate Hoes and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Perform excavation, trenching, grading, and material handling tasks in accordance with project requirements. Conduct daily pre-use inspections and perform routine equipment maintenance. Follow all site safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule. Maintain equipment cleanliness and promptly report any mechanical issues or deficiencies. Requirements Valid CSTS 2020 certification. Valid WHMIS 2015 certification. Valid Ground Disturbance Level II certification. Previous experience operating excavators (hoes) in a construction or industrial environment. Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation to and from site.
