Key Responsibilities Fully prepare for mixers and parts for painting Prime and paint mixers and parts to achieve acceptable standards as set forth by the organization Clean and maintain paint equipment, booth and auxiliary equipment Quality Inspection: Inspect finished products using various tools and jigs to ensure tolerance. Safety & Maintenance: Perform routine basic maintenance, follow all company safety protocols, and maintain a clean workstation. Requirements Qualifications & Skills Required Industrial Painting experience, electrostatic painting experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to work within a team and independently Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift 50 lbs. Attributes: Attention to detail, punctuality, and a collaborative team mindset. Able to operate an overhead crane (Jaylor will train and certify, experience is an asset) Able to operate forklifts (Jaylor will train and certify, experience is an asset) Great communication skills Has an eye for detail Hours: Here at Jaylor you would be working a 4x10 shift, meaning you get a long weekend—every weekend. Pay: $27.90-32.90 per hour (We offer competitive wages based on skill and experience) Work Location: This role requires you to work in person at our main location, located at 071213 10th Line, Orton ON.
