Requirem ent AnalysisPartner with customers to understand their supply chain, warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation requirements through detailed business analysis and solutio n workshops.Design end-to-end supply chain and logistics solutions, including warehouse operations, fulfillment processes, inventory management, transportation, and value-added services, aligned with customer business objectives.Develop solution proposals, process flows, SOPs, operational models, cost analyses, and implementation plans to support new business op portunities.Evaluate customer operational requirements and recommend scalable warehouse layouts, fulfillment workflows, and logistics solutions that optimize cost, service, and operational efficiency.Warehouse, Fulfillment & Systems IntegrationDesign and optimize warehouse and fulfillment processes, including inbound, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and value-add ed services.Work closely with Product, Engineering, and IT teams to define business requirements for system integration and implementation, including WMS, TMS, OMS, ERP, API/EDI, and customer system i ntegrations.Support system testing, UAT, process validation, and go-live readiness to ensure successful customer onboarding and operati onal launch.Collaborate with operations teams to ensure designed solutions are operationally feasible a nd scalable.Customer Implementation & Projec t ManagementLead customer implementation projects from solution design through operati onal launch.Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering, Procurement, and Customer Success to ensure projects are delivered on time and w ithin scope.Develop implementation timelines, manage project milestones, identify risks, and drive issue resolution throughout the customer onboard ing process.Support warehouse startup activities, SOP development, training, and operational readiness for new customer impl ementations.Solution Optimization & Continuous ImprovementContinuously evaluate customer operations and logistics performance to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and cost o ptimization.Analyze operational data and KPIs to recommend enhancements that improve fulfillment efficiency, inventory accuracy, transportation performance, and customer s atisfaction.Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and supply chain best practices to drive innovative logistic s solutions.Customer Relationshi p ManagementBuild trusted relationships with customers by serving as a strategic supply chain soluti ons partner.Conduct regular business reviews to understand evolving customer needs and identify opportunities for service expansion and process o ptimization.Support customer renewals, business growth, and continuous improvement initiatives through proactive solution reco mmendations.Knowledg e ManagementDevelop and maintain standardized solution templates, implementation playbooks, SOPs, and bes t practices.Share project learnings and industry knowledge across cross-functional teams to improve overall solution delivery c apabilities.Support internal training and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen organizationa l experti se.About YouBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a re lated field.3–5 years of experience in supply chain solutions, logistics solution design, warehouse operations, fulfillment, or implementation consulting, with at least 1–2 years directly supporting overseas warehouse planning an d execution.Strong understanding of warehouse operations, fulfillment processes, inventory management, transportation, and end-to-end supply chai n solutions.Experience designing or implementing warehouse and fulfillment solutions for 3PL, eCommerce, retail, or supply chain or ganizations.Experience supporting customer onboarding, solution implementation, warehouse startup, or operational go-li ve projects.Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), ERP platforms, API/EDI integrations, and customer systems integration.Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience using data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) to support busines s decisions.Understanding of transportation concepts, including pricing, carrier selection, service levels, network design, and operational challenges.Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Su ccess teams.Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal s takeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-qualit y solutions.
