Job summary
JDS Energy & Mining Inc is seeking applications for an on-site Administrator for an Underground Development Contract in Cariboo Region of BC. JDS has been the primary underground contractor onsite for the past two years and is tasked with completing over 27km of development. The Project is located approximately 180km south of Prince Geroge, BC and is a camp-based project. Pay: CA$35.00 - CA$40.00 per hour Responsibilities: - Enter daily timecards (LEMS) for crews at the mine sites, and ensure they are completed accurately and completely - Maintain and update JDS personnel schedule - Assist in preparation and submission of employee expense reimbursements - Setup and maintain employee records - Maintain employees' equipment signoffs, tickets and certifications - Assist in the preparation of purchase orders for project-related equipment - Maintain and organize project documents and records - Assist with the organization and management of all crew travel and accommodation - Assist the Project Manager with crew-wide communication We are looking for someone who has outstanding work ethic and possesses the following skill set: - Ability to work and live in a camp environment- Strong administrative skills - Ability to multi-task and excellent organization skills- Excellent attention to detail - Strong MS Excel skills - Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, SharePoint experience - Must be able to work independently and take initiative - Ability to prioritize workloads, manage multiple tasks and deadlines For more information on our company, please visit our website: www.jdsmining.ca Thank you to all applicants.
