About the Role JDS Energy & Mining is seeking an experienced Site Project Controls Lead to lead all project controls activities during the execution of major mining and industrial capital projects. This is a site-based position operating on a FIFO rotational schedule, requiring close collaboration with project teams, contractors, and client representatives to support safe and successful project delivery. The Site Project Controls Lead is responsible for the overall management of cost control, planning and scheduling, forecasting, progress measurement, change management, risk management, and reporting. Working closely with the Site Project Manager, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and contractor teams, this role provides leadership, governance, and strategic oversight of project controls while ensuring alignment with approved scope, budget, schedule, and company standards.
