About the Job Travel & Site Administrator JDS Energy & Mining is seeking a highly organized and proactive Travel & Site Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative and workforce logistics functions at one of our project sites. This is a site-based position operating on a FIFO rotational schedule, requiring close collaboration with project management, employees, contractors, and corporate support teams to ensure the efficient coordination of travel, accommodations, workforce movements, and site administration. The Travel & Site Administrator is responsible for coordinating employee and contractor travel, maintaining site personnel records, administering camp accommodations, and providing general administrative support to the project team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring employees arrive safely, are properly onboarded, and that site operations are supported through accurate documentation and effective communication. Prepare and distribute travel itineraries while ensuring employees receive all required travel and site information. Monitor travel changes and respond promptly to schedule disruptions or operational requirements. Liaise with travel providers, camp operators, hotels, and transportation vendors to ensure seamless logistics. Camp & Personnel Administration Coordinate camp accommodations and room assignments for project personnel. Maintain current site rosters and daily personnel movement reports. Coordinate courier services, incoming deliveries, and general office logistics. Communication & Coordination Serve as a primary point of contact for travel and administrative inquiries from employees and contractors. Ensure confidential employee and company information is handled professionally and securely. Support continuous improvement initiatives within site administration processes.
