J.E. Anderson & Associates (JEA) is a full-service land use firm with offices in Victoria, Nanaimo, Parksville and Campbell River, British Columbia. It is the largest home-grown land use company on Vancouver Island and offers both surveying and engineering services. Prepare civil engineering designs, drawings, calculations, reports, proposals, and applications using Civil3D, while supporting project coordination and client communications. Conduct site reviews and inspections, assist with construction layout and topographic surveys, and liaise with project stakeholders across the region.

Co-lead the Campbell River office and oversee or contribute to civil engineering and land development projects, particularly community water and sewage systems, from concept through completion. Lead proposals, estimates, reports, and schedules; mentor junior staff; and coordinate with clients, contractors, regulators, and other offices.
