Job summary
Our 14,500 sq. ft. shop at Jellybean AutoCrafters, is well equipped with tooling to perform at the top of our industry. With 10 full builds on the go (several quite extreme) and 5 on the waiting list, plus 10 medium size builds and a lot of maintenance/repair work on the go, we are looking for another passionate, skilled Classic car, RestoMod/Performance technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time and is up for a challenge and to deepen their skills. For over 21 years, we've built award-winning vehicles. We’ve been recognized at Custom Car & Concourse Car Shows, throughout the West Coast of Canada and the U.S. Among all the accolades we’ve received, our biggest honour was at the Redmond Custom Car Show where they created a new class for judging the 1954 Studebaker we built, because it was so out of the box, that it didn’t fit into the typical classes for typical modified RestoMods. Perform maintenance, repairs, and performance upgrades. Install and service engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, steering, and drivetrains. Read wiring diagrams and technical manuals. Source and install quality parts. Maintain accurate repair records. Work closely and collaborate with the team to complete projects safely and on schedule. Communicates clearly and professionally. Wants to continue learning and expanding their skills. Qualifications, Automotive Service Technician certification or equivalent experience. Experience with classic or performance vehicles. Strong knowledge of all mechanical & electrical systems in older vehicles? Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals. Requirements
Requires an Automotive Service Technician certification or equivalent experience with a focus on classic or performance vehicles. Must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license and the ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
