Position Summary The Crew Member plays a key role in delivering outstanding guest service and preparing high-quality food. This position may work in front-of-house, back-of-house, or across both areas depending on business needs. As a Crew Member, you will: Provide friendly, engaging, and efficient service to guests in person and over the phone Prepare food according to company standards, including slicing meats and cheeses, assembling subs, and preparing fresh ingredients Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times Operate kitchen equipment and point-of-sale systems as trained Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting work environment Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations Assist with prep work, restocking, and cleaning tasks Adapt to varying responsibilities during shifts based on business needs Preferred Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Compensation Pay Range: $9 per hour – $13 per hour Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs. This position is eligible for applicable minimum wage laws, and compensation will comply with all federal, state, and local wage requirements. Team members are expected to follow all safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment.
