Skill Requirements: * High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent. * A passion for customer service and Automobiles. * A high degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability. * Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills * Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
