About The Opportunity Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer (COO), the Practice Manager is responsible for the overall operational and administrative leadership of Beresford Dental Centre. Acting as the primary on-site leader, this role oversees clinic operations, patient experience, team coordination, scheduling, financial and operational performance, and support staff leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting clinic performance, monitoring operational metrics, coaching employees, resolving day-to-day challenges, and ensuring the clinic continues to provide an exceptional experience for both patients and staff. Working closely with clinicians and corporate leadership, the Practice Manager helps ensure the clinic operates efficiently while supporting East Coast Dental Group's continued growth and success. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery Lead, coach, and support the clinic's administrative and support teams Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture Manage scheduling processes to optimize patient flow, staffing, and clinic efficiency Monitor clinic performance metrics, productivity targets, expenses, and operational results Identify opportunities to improve revenue, enhance efficiency, and support overall clinic performance Prepare and present monthly performance dashboards and operational updates to senior leadership Support recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and performance management activities for clinical staff Address employee and patient concerns in a professional and timely manner Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Support local marketing initiatives and the promotion of clinic services as required Assist with budgeting, reporting, inventory management, and other administrative functions Experience & Qualifications Bilingual in English and French is required Minimum of five (5) years of leadership or management experience within a dental, healthcare, medical, retail, hospitality, or other service-focused environment Demonstrates success leading teams and managing day-to-day operations Strong business acumen with the ability to understand performance metrics, budgets, and operational results Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint Experience with dental practice management software is considered an asset, but is not required What East Coast Dental Group Offers Comprehensive health, dental, and disability benefits Paid time off and personal days Ongoing professional development opportunities A supportive leadership team and collaborative culture The opportunity to join one of Atlantic Canada's fastest-growing dental organizations Compensation: 65k - 80k This is a full-time position based in Beresford, New Brunswick, working approximately 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, along with occasional travel and after-hours commitments.
