A prominent manufacturer and service provider in the rail industry is seeking a Project Engineering Manager in the Toronto, Ontario area. This position is responsible for leading the engineering execution of complex rail electrification projects, ensuring technical excellence, schedule adherence, and compliance with customer and contractual requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee project deliverables from concept through commissioning, and serve as the primary engineering lead throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or a related science discipline. 8+ Years of experience with train signaling, rail electrification, or related rail infrastructure projects Proven project engineering management experience within the rail industry Experience managing engineering activities and contractual project requirements from kickoff through project completion Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, customers, and project stakeholders documentation. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
