About the Role We are a crypto payment infrastructure provider delivering on/off ramp services and one-stop platform to crypto exchanges, Web3 projects & institutional clients (e.g. CFD/FX Brokers, Fintechs / Neobanks...) worldwide. We are seeking a Head of BD / Partnerships to own and drive our global partnership strategy. This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the C-suite, responsible for shaping how our infrastructure integrates into the crypto ecosystem and defining which markets, partners, and product directions create the most value.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and own the global BD and partnership strategy, aligning with company growth objectives and market positioning Identify high-value partnership opportunities with crypto exchanges (CEX/DEX), DeFi protocols, and institutional clients across APAC, Middle East, and global markets Ecosystem Positioning Position the company as the go-to on/off ramp and payment infrastructure partner for top-tier exchanges and Web3 platforms Build and nurture C-level relationships with key decision-makers at major exchanges, wallets, and other Web3 projects. Deal Architecture Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deal structuring from origination through execution Design commercial models and partnership frameworks that scale across regions and verticals Cross-functional Strategy Partner with Product, Legal, and Compliance leadership to shape product roadmap based on market demand and regulatory trends Represent the company at industry summits, conferences, and policy forums as a thought leader in crypto payment infrastructure
Requirements 7+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or ecosystem leadership within crypto/blockchain or fintech Proven track record at Head/Director/VP level architecting and closing transformative deals Deep strategic understanding of crypto payment infrastructure, on/off ramp dynamics, KYC/KYB compliance, and banking integration Established executive-level network across major exchanges, web3 projects and other Cefi/Defi players Experience leading cross-border partnership strategies across multiple jurisdictions (APAC, Middle East, Europe) Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred
Preferred Prior experience building or scaling a BD function from the ground up Background at a crypto payment, stablecoin, or infrastructure company MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution
