The Position
We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for the following.

Hunter of potential customers for sales of our ERP software Steel Manager III to metal distribution centers throughout North America.

The ability to schedule demonstrations of our industry leading ERP software Steel Manager III, for potential customers.
The position will be remote, and the successful applicant will be based in North America, ideally have experience in the metals industry, and can prospect for potential customers, and schedule demonstration dates for those customers. We are focused on hiring individuals with sales ability, superior presentation skills, business knowledge, the ability to work remotely, with excellent oral and written communication skills combined with a client-friendly personality and client-service skills.
Job Requirements
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Contact clients via video chat, phone call, e-mail, or social media or visit them physically. Coordinate sales effort with sales management Engage potential customers in a professional manner with all aspects of our ERP software application - Steel Manager III.
The interpersonal skills to be able to speak comfortably and build rapport with a wide variety of people including 4GL staff, existing customers and potential customers.
An energetic person that has a hunter approach to prospect for potential customers in North America. Great at cold calling and the perseverance to build relationships with prospective customers even in the face of resistance.
Self-motivated - is seen as a direct, truthful individual, can effectively work remotely
Excellent written communication skills and the ability to clearly and concisely discuss all aspects of our ERP application.
The drive to consistently attain budgeted sales and goals.
Stay up to date on all products and services offered
Job Skills
Action oriented salesperson who will drive the sales process by generating leads through to scheduling demonstration dates with potential customers Excellent presentation skills The ability to work with Excel. Strong customer service and communication skills. Exceptional telephone manner. Ability to travel. Experience with ERP/MRP applications is a plus. Experience in the metals industry highly desired.
