Requirements

Candidates should be current or retired K-12 educators or other education professionals, such as instructional coaches, administrators, professors, counselors, or consultants, and hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field. They should be confident presenting or coaching adult learners, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently; new trainers must complete a three-day virtual certification before their first event.
