What you'll do Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Works Supervisor or his designate, the Labourer/Utility Worker Apprentice/Utility Operator performs all forms of general labour work associated with the operation of the Utility in a safe, efficient manner. This position works outdoors, in all types of weather.
