Job details

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Delivery Lead, Digital Products based in Canada. The Delivery Lead, Digital Products will oversee the end-to-end delivery of strategic digital initiatives, helping transform customer experiences across digital lending, pricing, analytics, and e-commerce platforms. Working within an enterprise project management environment, you will connect product, engineering, data, marketing, and business teams to ensure complex initiatives progress smoothly from planning through launch. Rather than managing product backlogs directly, you will focus on coordinating cross-functional dependencies, aligning stakeholders, managing vendors, and ensuring successful releases. You will bring technical understanding and strong business acumen to navigate delivery challenges, anticipate risks, and translate technical progress into meaningful business outcomes. The role offers the opportunity to influence digital transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You will also contribute to delivery governance, executive reporting, and continuous improvement while helping teams deliver scalable solutions that enhance customer engagement and business performance. \n Accountabilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital product initiatives, from initial planning and coordination through implementation, launch, and post-launch evaluation, ensuring alignment with business priorities, scope, schedule, and budget. Serve as the primary delivery partner for digital product teams, coordinating cross-functional dependencies, release planning, and stakeholder alignment so teams can focus on product development. Coordinate delivery across pricing and lending solutions, data analytics, digital customer experiences, and e-commerce initiatives, maintaining visibility into interdependencies and shared milestones. Participate in sprint reviews, backlog refinement, and planning sessions to understand product development progress, identify integration risks, and anticipate downstream impacts. Align product release schedules with business launch timelines, ensuring pricing updates, marketing campaigns, and customer-facing features are delivered as planned. Monitor scope changes, delivery risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to maintain delivery momentum. Collaborate with product owners, business leads, and development teams to ensure technical decisions account for platform scalability, API integrations, data dependencies, and system reliability. Coordinate data and analytics initiatives throughout the delivery lifecycle, from data ingestion and pipeline development to model building, validation, and production deployment. Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners supporting API integrations, third-party platforms, SaaS implementations, and data provider onboarding. Facilitate technical discussions and trade-off decisions involving multiple systems, teams, or data domains, ensuring alignment between technical requirements and business objectives. Establish and lead cross-functional project teams throughout product development and launch, promoting accountability, collaboration, and clear ownership of deliverables. Translate technical concepts, including epics, user stories, development velocity, and technical debt, into clear business updates covering timelines, campaign milestones, risks, and expected outcomes. Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members and contractors while influencing stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, operations, and business functions without relying on direct authority. Prepare executive-level reporting for senior leadership, including initiative status, delivery forecasts, risk assessments, and key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards. Ensure consistent application of enterprise project management standards, governance frameworks, reporting practices, and delivery methodologies. Conduct post-launch reviews and retrospectives, documenting lessons learned and identifying opportunities to improve delivery processes, collaboration, and project outcomes. Requirements At least 6 years of direct experience in project or program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex digital product initiatives across multiple concurrent workstreams. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. A strong technical foundation, with the ability to participate in architecture and design discussions, understand API integrations and data pipelines, and evaluate technical trade-offs with development teams. Direct experience coordinating digital product delivery across e-commerce platforms, customer-facing applications, pricing or lending solutions, or data analytics products. A thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product development lifecycle (PDLC), including planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch activities. Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with practical experience participating in sprint ceremonies, iterative planning, and flow-based delivery metrics. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams, build consensus, and communicate complex technical topics to executive and nontechnical audiences. Experience using project and product management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platforms. Experience working within a formal enterprise project management office (PMO) or established project governance framework. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage dependencies, identify risks, and coordinate competing priorities effectively. Demonstrated leadership, relationship management, and collaboration skills, including the ability to motivate teams and manage external vendors and technology partners. Experience in retail, financial services, specialty lending, or e-commerce is preferred. Project management certification such as PMP or PgMP. Scrum certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent. Additional certification in SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Product Ownership, or Agile Product Management is an asset. Familiarity with AI-powered project management tools, predictive analytics, or delivery intelligence platforms is an advantage. A proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement, accountability, and delivering measurable business value.
