This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on digital marketer to drive measurable growth across paid media, email, social, and marketing operations. You will play a key role in building brand awareness, generating qualified pipeline, and supporting revenue growth for an innovative technology business. The role combines campaign execution, performance optimization, marketing automation, and data-driven experimentation. You will work closely with Sales, BDR, Creative, SEO/GEO, and external agency partners to create connected, high-performing campaigns. A strong focus on analytics will allow you to turn campaign data into actionable recommendations and continuously improve results. You will also help strengthen B2B social presence and identify new opportunities to engage audiences, influencers, and industry voices. This fully remote role is ideal for a curious, creative, and commercially minded marketer who enjoys experimenting with emerging technologies and AI-powered tools. \n Accountabilities: Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and AdRoll, continuously refining audiences, creative, bidding strategies, and budgets. Partner with digital marketing agencies to execute campaigns, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Develop and execute email campaigns, nurture programs, newsletters, and account-based marketing initiatives using HubSpot Marketing Hub. Manage audience segmentation, workflows, landing pages, forms, campaign assets, automation, reporting, and marketing operations processes. Ensure campaign tracking, attribution, data quality, and reporting are accurate, consistent, and scalable across marketing channels. Support B2B social media growth, particularly on LinkedIn, by developing engagement strategies, identifying relevant stakeholders and industry voices, and enabling Sales and leadership teams to participate effectively. Manage social content scheduling, community engagement, and performance reporting. Partner with BDR and Sales teams to align paid media, email, and ABM programs with pipeline-generation objectives. Collaborate with Creative, SEO/GEO, and other marketing functions to ensure campaigns, content, and messaging work together effectively. Analyze performance across paid, email, and social channels, translating data into clear recommendations and actionable optimization plans. Provide regular reporting on campaign results, opportunities, and priorities to relevant stakeholders. Monitor emerging digital marketing trends, AI-powered marketing technologies, platform changes, and new growth opportunities, bringing innovative ideas into the marketing strategy. Requirements: 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, particularly across paid media and social media channels. Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager; AdRoll experience is an advantage. Experience managing organic social media for a B2B organization, especially LinkedIn. Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including email campaigns, workflows, landing pages, lists, forms, automation, and reporting. Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), campaign measurement, marketing dashboards, attribution, and performance reporting. Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and emerging AI search/GEO concepts. Experience collaborating with Sales or BDR teams on lead generation, pipeline development, and account-based marketing initiatives. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and turn insights into practical recommendations. Excellent organizational and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously. Ability to explain marketing performance, insights, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A curious, creative, experimental mindset and enthusiasm for testing new approaches and technologies. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams and external partners.
