As an Innovation Strategist, you will lead client-facing engagements focused on AI strategy, digital transformation, process improvement, and organizational change. Workshop Design and Facilitation: Design and facilitate strategic workshops to assess business needs, identify innovation opportunities, align stakeholders, and develop actionable roadmaps. Strategic Planning and Execution: Partner with business leaders to translate organizational objectives into practical execution plans, clear priorities, and measurable outcomes. Governance and Risk Management: Develop governance frameworks, operating models, and risk mitigation strategies that support responsible AI adoption and sustainable innovation. Client Deliverables: Prepare high-quality client materials, including strategy presentations, executive briefings, implementation roadmaps, and operational playbooks. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and facilitate collaboration across business, technology, and leadership teams to ensure recommendations are aligned with organizational priorities. Requirements Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in innovation, strategy consulting, digital transformation, or a related field. Consulting Experience: Previous experience in consulting is preferred, particularly in client-facing projects involving organizational transformation, business strategy, or enterprise technology. AI and Digital Transformation: Familiarity with AI tools, enterprise AI enablement, and emerging technologies is preferred, along with the ability to identify practical business applications. Business Process and Governance: Strong understanding of business process design, governance frameworks, risk management, and the organizational requirements for successful technology adoption. Workshop Facilitation: Demonstrated ability to design and lead workshops, engage diverse stakeholders, facilitate strategic discussions, and build consensus.
