This is an exciting opportunity for a quality-focused professional to play a key role in delivering exceptional user experiences across web applications and internal business systems. Working within a fast-growing product environment, you will help ensure the reliability, functionality, and performance of customer-facing and internal platforms. Beyond traditional testing responsibilities, you will collaborate closely with product managers and developers, contribute to feature discussions, and influence quality standards from the earliest stages of development. The role offers exposure to modern testing tools, scalable products, and a collaborative culture that values continuous improvement, ownership, and innovation. \n Accountabilities Analyze business and technical requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases for new product features. Perform manual testing across web applications, internal CRM systems, email campaigns, and push notification workflows. Execute functional, regression, smoke, usability, and UI/UX testing to ensure product quality and consistency. Validate API functionality using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar platforms through positive and negative test scenarios. Utilize browser developer tools to investigate logs, network activity, console errors, and application behavior. Identify, document, prioritize, and communicate defects with detailed reproduction steps and supporting evidence. Participate in sprint planning, risk assessment, and quality-related discussions throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing processes, quality standards, and documentation practices. Support ongoing product enhancements by providing valuable feedback on usability, reliability, and user experience. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in manual quality assurance for web-based applications. Experience testing CRM platforms, email marketing campaigns, and customer communication workflows. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), testing methodologies, and test design techniques. Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or equivalent solutions. Proven ability to create test cases, test plans, and detailed bug reports using tools such as Jira or other test management systems. Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, BigQuery, DataGrip, or similar technologies. Familiarity with Git workflows, including basic version control operations and code review processes. Understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience working with platforms such as GitLab. Experience using monitoring, logging, and debugging tools such as Grafana, Lens, Charles Proxy, or Fiddler. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Experience with test automation or automating repetitive QA-related tasks is considered a strong advantage.
