Manage inbound client leads through online and phone channels, converting opportunities into completed mortgage applications. Guide clients throughout the mortgage process, providing expert advice and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with internal support teams to collect documentation and facilitate efficient application completion. Address client questions and concerns while resolving issues professionally and proactively. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer journey. Maintain compliance with mortgage industry requirements and keep your professional designation active. Build strong client relationships through trust, transparency, and consultative financial guidance. Use sales tools, systems, and technology platforms to manage leads, follow-ups, and client interactions effectively. Requirements The ideal candidate is an experienced mortgage professional with strong sales abilities, financial knowledge, and a customer-focused mindset. You are self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment. 3+ years of experience in mortgage sales, mortgage advising, financial services, or a related field. Valid Mortgage Agent license in Alberta. Experience converting leads and managing mortgage transactions from initial inquiry to completion. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. Ability to explain complex financial information clearly and effectively to clients. Proficiency with sales tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Positive attitude with a collaborative approach and strong communication skills.
