Work with Treasury to incorporate liquidity requirements, funding models, and payment corridor coverage into infrastructure design. Collaborate with Compliance to embed regulatory, licensing, and market-specific requirements into payment infrastructure from the outset. Define and monitor infrastructure performance metrics, including transaction success rates, settlement times, system uptime, reconciliation accuracy, and incident frequency and severity. Work with Engineering on capacity planning, incident response, scalability improvements, and the prioritization of technical debt that could affect reliability or future growth. Document infrastructure capabilities, limitations, partner integrations, and corridor-specific requirements to support Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams. Requirements At least 5 years of Product Management experience, including 3 or more years working with payment infrastructure, payment rails, ledger systems, or core banking and transaction platforms within fintech or crypto.
