You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build efficient automation solutions, identify potential issues early, and support the delivery of high-quality products. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for web-based and cloud applications. Collaborate with software engineers, product owners, and technical teams to define testing strategies, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios. Implement and support Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices to improve test coverage and collaboration. Execute automated and manual testing activities, analyze results, and document defects with clear recommendations. Continuously improve testing processes, automation frameworks, and tools to increase efficiency and reliability. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, code reviews, and team discussions. Promote quality throughout the software development lifecycle by focusing on customer value and system performance. Stay informed about emerging testing technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices. Partner with development teams to identify risks, improve processes, and support successful product releases. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a quality-focused software professional with strong automation experience, analytical skills, and a passion for building reliable technology solutions. You are comfortable working collaboratively in Agile teams and applying modern testing practices to complex software environments. 3+ years of experience in automated software testing or quality engineering. Proven experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar technologies. Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks such as Cucumber, SpecFlow, or Behave is highly desirable. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# for test automation development. Strong understanding of software development principles and modern testing methodologies. Experience working in Agile development environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality software experiences.
