This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Remote Marketing Specialist based in Canada. This role is ideal for a growth-focused digital marketer who combines strong PPC expertise with a broad understanding of modern acquisition channels. You will independently plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across paid search, social, display, remarketing, email, content, and other channels. Using data and experimentation, you will identify growth opportunities, improve funnel performance, and drive meaningful business outcomes. The position also involves conducting market, audience, keyword, and competitor research to uncover new opportunities for acquisition and engagement. You will create SEO-focused content, develop creative campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across diverse projects and industries. Success requires strong analytical thinking, adaptability, ownership, and the ability to turn incomplete or complex data into practical decisions. Accountabilities Independently plan, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, paid social, display, remarketing, and other relevant platforms. Analyze campaign and marketing funnel performance to identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition costs, return on investment, and revenue. Plan, implement, and track integrated digital marketing campaigns spanning paid advertising, email marketing, social media, content, and other acquisition channels. Design, prioritize, execute, and evaluate growth experiments across paid media, landing pages, email, content, social media, and conversion optimization. Conduct market, audience, keyword, and competitor research to identify new acquisition and growth opportunities. Audit underperforming campaigns, funnels, and marketing channels and translate findings into actionable, prioritized improvement plans. Write, proofread, and edit clear, engaging, SEO-optimized content independently, including researching and structuring content with minimal guidance. Develop creative marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned with brand, audience, and business objectives. Optimize web content, landing pages, and campaigns to improve visibility, engagement, lead generation, and conversion. Monitor campaign structure, keyword strategies, bidding, targeting, negative keywords, audience segmentation, creative testing, and budget allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing, brand awareness, content, and acquisition initiatives. Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality, consistency, and timely delivery. Identify the primary constraints affecting growth and recommend practical, data-driven solutions. Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging tools, and evolving practices such as Generative Engine Optimization. Requirements 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related field across multiple channels. Strong practical PPC expertise, including independently managing and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns. Proven experience scaling PPC campaigns and delivering measurable, data-backed improvements. Demonstrated ability to improve performance metrics such as qualified leads, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, cost per lead, ROAS, or revenue. Strong understanding of the complete acquisition funnel, from traffic generation and audience targeting through landing-page conversion, lead quality, and nurturing. Experience designing and evaluating marketing experiments rather than relying solely on established campaign processes. Strong knowledge of campaign structure, keyword research and strategy, bidding, targeting, negative keywords, audience segmentation, creative testing, and budget allocation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with incomplete data, challenge assumptions, identify constraints, and explain recommendations clearly. Strong writing skills and the ability to independently produce engaging, well-structured, SEO-optimized content. Experience in at least two additional areas such as email marketing, lead generation, conversion rate optimization, content marketing, SEO, social media, or marketing automation. Excellent communication skills and professional fluency in English. Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new tools, industries, and campaign types quickly. Experience with B2B lead generation and longer sales cycles is an advantage. Experience with landing-page optimization, conversion rate optimization, email automation, lead nurturing, or CRM-based campaigns is preferred. Experience developing or managing structured growth experimentation programs is a plus. Familiarity with WordPress, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, or similar marketing tools is beneficial. Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is an advantage.
