Accountabilities Develop and execute UI and graphic design concepts that align with brand guidelines, user needs, and project specifications. Translate requirements and objectives into effective, visually engaging interfaces, layouts, illustrations, graphics, and other creative assets. Design digital and print materials using tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Collaborate with design, marketing, development, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver appropriate design solutions. Work closely with developers to ensure visual designs are accurately implemented and maintain design integrity throughout development. Contribute to the establishment and evolution of creative direction while maintaining consistency with brand standards. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and delivering work within agreed timelines and project constraints. Participate in design reviews, communicate design decisions clearly, and provide constructive feedback to improve creative outcomes. Use Jira and Agile workflows to organize and track design activities where applicable. Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve creative output. Apply strong knowledge of layouts, typography, graphic fundamentals, web design, and print design to create cohesive visual experiences. Requirements 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a closely related creative discipline. Bachelor's degree or higher in design, visual arts, or another relevant creative field is preferred. Strong hands-on proficiency with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. Experience creating production-ready digital interfaces, graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other visual assets. A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of UI/UX and graphic design projects. Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Jira is preferred. Understanding of user interface principles, visual hierarchy, typography, layouts, graphic fundamentals, web design, and print design. Familiarity with HTML and CSS is an advantage, particularly for understanding design implementation and communicating with developers. Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on visual quality and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, developers, and other stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate requirements into practical and visually effective solutions. Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
