Manage an independent caseload of varied civil and commercial litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, professional negligence, TOLATA claims, neighbour disputes, contentious probate, and contract and property disputes. Work closely with the Head of Department and experienced colleagues on complex matters, while advising clients and progressing cases.
