Talent Sourcers play a key role in our clients’ success by partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters and developing effective, consultative, professional relationships with them.
Through asking the right questions to ensure a detailed understanding of the client and each role, and by leveraging data, historic hiring trends, and market analysis, Talent Sourcers develop bespoke sourcing strategies and then use a range of tools and techniques to find the best talent in the market. Talent Sourcers are brand ambassadors for our clients, bringing each opportunity to life with candidates in a compelling and authentic way to ensure they are qualified, interested, and engaged before being presented to the Hiring Manager.

Key Accountabilities
What you’ll do:
- Use ATS effectively, maintaining accurate, up-to-date candidate data and tracking all activity
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and provide market insight
- Proactively source candidates across multiple channels using innovative search techniques
- Build and leverage strong talent networks to identify and engage high-quality candidates
- Screen, qualify, and engage candidates, promoting opportunities and encouraging applications
- Develop and maintain talent pools using CRM tools, ensuring ongoing candidate engagement
- Collaborate with Client Services to track progress and meet hiring needs
- Keep ATS records updated based on feedback, managing candidate status and pipelines
- Meet agreed service levels and escalate issues where necessary
- Screen applicants to assess suitability and gather key information to support shortlisting
Responsabilités principales:
- Utiliser efficacement l’ATS en veillant à la mise à jour et à l’exactitude des données candidats, et en assurant le suivi de toutes les activités
- Collaborer avec les recruteurs et les responsables de recrutement afin de bien comprendre les besoins des postes et apporter des insights marché
- Sourcer de manière proactive des candidats via différents canaux en utilisant des techniques de recherche innovantes
- Développer et exploiter des réseaux de talents pour identifier et engager des candidats de qualité
- Préqualifier, évaluer et engager les candidats en valorisant les opportunités et en encourageant les candidatures
- Créer et entretenir des viviers de talents via des outils CRM, en assurant un engagement continu des candidats
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Client Services afin de suivre l’avancement et répondre aux besoins de recrutement
- Maintenir les informations à jour dans l’ATS en fonction des retours, en gérant les statuts et les pipelines
- Respecter les niveaux de service définis et remonter les difficultés si nécessaire
- Analyser les candidatures pour évaluer l’adéquation des profils et collecter les informations clés pour la présélection
Skills & Requirements
- Must be fluently bilingual in French and English.
- 2-3 years of experience in candidate sourcing - Ideally looking for candidates with sourcing and recruitment experience in technology talent: software development (Java, Python, C++, Full Stack), artificial intelligence (AI)/generative AI/machine learning
- Experience of working with recruitment systems (i.e. ATS, CRM) and maintaining a high level of data integrity
- Experience using specialist techniques (i.e. Boolean searching, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to source candidates through active and passive channels. Proven success in utilizing social networking sites to successfully source candidates
- Experience of directly engaging with end-clients

- We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is CAD 64,433 - 80,500 plus applicable benefits (Supplemental Medical/Dental/Vision, Life, Disability, RRSP/DPSP, Paid Holidays/Vacation/Sick Time, Paid Parental Leave, Performance Bonus)
