About the role
The Team Lead – Technology Recruitment is a senior commercial recruitment leader responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building a top-performing Technology recruitment practice. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, overseeing full-cycle recruitment delivery while developing a team capable of producing consistent, high-value results. You will set the sales strategy for the Technology vertical, cultivate executive-level client relationships, and lead a high-performance culture focused on measurable outcomes, profitability, and long-term client partnerships.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished recruiter or B2B sales leader with a proven track record of winning new business, scaling accounts, and closing high-value engagements. You excel in building relationships, negotiating confidently, and positioning recruitment solutions that create real business impact. With strong commercial instincts and a deep interest in the Technology sector, you bring the leadership presence needed to influence clients, coach a team, and grow a competitive practice.
