What You'll Do Work directly with customers to recommend accessories and customization solutions that fit their needs and lifestyle. Prepare accurate quotes and follow projects from initial inquiry through installation. Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time. Maintain strong customer communication throughout every stage of the process. Build lasting relationships through outstanding customer service and follow-up. Keep organized records, schedules, and inventory information. Stay current on the latest aftermarket products, trends, and vehicle applications. What We're Looking For Previous experience in an accessories, aftermarket, or vehicle customization environment is required. A genuine passion for truck accessories, lift kits, wheels, tires and vehicle customization. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build trust and lasting relationships. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent computer skills and confidence using business software and digital communication tools. Outstanding follow-up skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with customers, suppliers, installers and teammates. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering quality work. What We Offer Starting salary of $70,000 per year. What you’ll do

The Accessories Manager recommends customization solutions to customers and manages projects from initial quoting through to installation. They are responsible for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams while maintaining detailed records and inventory.
