Role: AI Engineer with Playwright Title: AVP/VP Location: Alpharetta, GA (Day 1 Onsite/Hybrid) – Fulltime Mode of Work: 3 days/week onsite required Required Experience: 5+ years Key Responsibilities Design and develop end-to-end automation frameworks and internal tooling using Playwright and modern web technologies. Architect and build AI-powered software solutions leveraging LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.). Develop AI agents and autonomous workflows to generate, maintain, and orchestrate software test suites and other engineering tooling. Build scalable applications spanning UI, API, and backend services for internal and client-facing platforms. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins). Architect reusable libraries, SDKs, and internal developer tools. Partner with engineering, product, and stakeholder teams to define technical requirements and drive platform reliability. Analyze system performance and optimize application architecture and execution efficiency. Establish and enforce engineering best practices for scalable, maintainable, production-grade software. Required Skills Strong software development experience with Playwright and modern automation/testing frameworks. Proficiency in Java and Python, with solid software engineering fundamentals; working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript a plus. Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-integrated applications (OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks). Working knowledge of prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and backend services. Strong command of Git and collaborative version control workflows. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps/deployment practices. Solid grounding in software design patterns and engineering best practices. Preferred Skills Experience building with MCP (Model Context Protocol). Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, or FAISS. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployment.
