Job Title: Java Developer with AI Tools Experience Location Toronto, ON Hybrid Job Type: Fulltime Permanent Role Strong expertise in core java development, with a proven track record of building production- grade backend systems Experience designing and building large scale, distributed systems Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns Strong working knowledge of Linux/ Unix environments and scripting Exp with relational/ document-oriented databases Typically, 5+ years of exp building large scale, production grade systems, with demonstrated depth in Java-based backend development and distributed system design Experience with Agentic AI development and tools Familiarity with Agile software development and DevOps best practices Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Excellent communication skills
