Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst (AI Training) About The Role We're looking for experienced GRC professionals to help evaluate and improve AI systems that reason about security policies, compliance frameworks, and risk management. Your real-world expertise will directly shape how AI understands and navigates the complex world of enterprise compliance — work that matters at a global scale. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness Evaluate compliance scenarios across frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST Assess risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation Generate and validate training data that teaches AI to reason about GRC topics Provide structured, precise written feedback on scenario quality and correctness Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, risk management, or information security Familiar with one or more major frameworks — SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, or similar Comfortable reading and interpreting policy documents, control frameworks, and audit reports Detail-oriented with strong written communication and analytical reasoning skills Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision Nice to Have Experience in data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows Background in internal audit, third-party risk, or security consulting Familiarity with risk quantification or GRC tooling platforms Why Join Us Work directly on frontier AI systems alongside top research labs Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule, from anywhere Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and collaboration with a global expert community Make a lasting impact by shaping how AI understands enterprise security and risk Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
