HeadHunting Inc. is growing — and we're looking for a high-performing Healthcare Recruiter to join our team, supporting clients and candidates across both Canada and the United States. This is a full-cycle, sales-driven recruiting role. Every call, conversation, and placement you make directly impacts patient care across two countries. This isn't just recruiting — it's recruiting with purpose. Please note: This is a sales-driven recruiting role, not a Human Resources position. Success is measured by your ability to source, engage, recruit, and place healthcare professionals while building long-term relationships. What You'll Do Own the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, qualifying, closing, and offer negotiation for RNs, LPNs, RPNs, and allied health professionals across Canada and the US Make 60–100+ outbound calls per day to source and close candidates through calls, texts, job boards, social media, and referrals Build and manage a high-volume pipeline of candidates, handling multiple offers, competing priorities, and fall-offs simultaneously Close passive candidates, overcome objections, and navigate difficult conversations around pay, relocation, and counteroffers Verify credentials, licensure (Province, state nursing boards, etc.), references, and pre-hire requirements with precision Partner with sales, onboarding, and client teams to ensure seamless placements Champion retention — stay connected with placed clinicians, extend contracts, and reassign top talent to new opportunities Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly metrics set by leadership What We're Looking For Proven track record of hitting metrics — in recruiting, sales, customer service, or any role where drive produced results Competitive, money-motivated mindset with uncapped earning ambition Thick skin, strong communication skills, and comfort handling high-volume rejection Knowledge of Canadian and US healthcare licensing requirements is a strong asset Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills Tech-savvy — comfortable working across multiple platforms, CRMs, and digital tools daily Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability Open to coaching and continuous improvement Bonus Points For: 2+ year of healthcare recruiting or staffing industry experience Experience recruiting Travel Nurses Experience recruiting for MSP/VMS healthcare contracts Knowledge of medical terminology or clinical roles (RN, LPN, RPN, PSW, allied health) Phone-based sales or inside sales experience Familiarity with Canadian provincial licensing bodies and / or US state licensing requirements and Compact Nursing Licenses What Success Looks Like Uncapped earning potential — your effort directly controls your income Tools and technology built to support recruiter productivity A high-energy, team-first culture where wins are celebrated and growth is rewarded The chance to make a meaningful difference in healthcare — across two countries Build a strong candidate pipeline Meet or exceed recruiting KPIs Successfully fill client requisitions Maintain high candidate satisfaction Generate repeat placements and redeployments Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals Who You Are You are someone who… Loves talking to people and building relationships.
