Join Carinity – where people, purpose and care come first Permanent part time and casual positions available About The Role At Carinity – Hilltop, we’re committed to providing compassionate, person-centred aged care that supports residents to live with dignity, comfort, and connection. Personal Carers work under the direction of the registered staff to meet the individual care needs of residents in an effective and holistic manner, ensuring a high standard of living is maintained in a pleasant, homelike environment with a genuine interest in caring for the elderly, supporting their dignity and independence. You will support customers with a variety of activities in their daily lifestyle routines including home/room cleaning and clothing, food and dining experiences, social interaction and companionship, lifestyle interests and reminiscence. There is a permanent part-time (Night Duty) position requiring 37.5 hours per fortnight between 10:30 PM and 6:30 AM and multiple casual positions available. Casual team members will need flexibility to work across a Monday to Sunday roster. What do you need for the role? Requirements
Must hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support and have a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance. Applicants must be 18 years or older with full working rights in Australia.
