SAP ISU Techno Functional Consultant

Position: SAP ISU Techno Functional Consultant Location: Calgary, AB (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Total Experience: 10+ years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP IS-U Billing, Device Management (DM), and DM/IS-U integration. The consultant will support end-to-end Meter-to-Cash operations, resolve production issues, and drive process improvements and automation. Key Responsibilities: Support SAP IS-U Billing, Device Management, meter readings, installations/removals, and IDEX/IDoc processes. Analyze and resolve incidents, billing exceptions, defects, and production issues. Perform SAP IS-U configuration updates across Billing and DM modules. Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects, reports, workflows, and integrations. Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT with end-to-end validation. Identify recurring issues and implement process improvements and automation. Leverage Microsoft Fabric – Dataflows, Pipelines, Lakehouse, and Power BI for analytics and automation. Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure smooth Meter-to-Cash operations Required Skills: 10+ years of SAP IS-U experience Strong expertise in SAP IS-U Billing and Device Management (DM) Hands-on experience with DM/IS-U Billing integration Knowledge of IDEX, IDocs, and Meter-to-Cash processes Experience in SAP IS-U configuration, testing, and production support Understanding of WRICEF development and functional specifications Exposure to Microsoft Fabric and Power BI Strong project management and team management

The consultant will support end-to-end Meter-to-Cash operations, focusing on SAP IS-U Billing and Device Management. They are responsible for resolving production issues, performing configuration updates, and driving process automation using Microsoft Fabric.

Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in SAP IS-U with strong expertise in Billing, Device Management, and IDoc processes. Proficiency in WRICEF development and exposure to Power BI and Microsoft Fabric are also required.
