Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager at our Heartalnd Town Centre Mississauga to oversee our store operations and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a working Retail Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team of associates, and ensuring that our store meets its sales goals while providing an outstanding shopping experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Manage cash handling procedures, including deposits and reconciliation of cash registers. Develop and implement budgets to maximize profitability while controlling costs. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets. Provide training and support to staff on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly. Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking of products. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Skills Proven experience in retail management or a similar role. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions. Proficient in budgeting and financial reporting to drive business decisions. Excellent sales management abilities with a track record of achieving targets. Effective team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff. Experience in cashiering processes and point-of-sale systems. Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with vendors or suppliers. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
