As a Senior Talent Coordinator, you will guide candidates through a seamless recruiting journey, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our commitment to creativity, inclusion, and positive play. You will collaborate with our Global Talent Acquisition team, supporting the hiring of talent for iconic franchises like EA Sports FC, The Sims, Battlefield, and Apex Legends. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will help us deliver a world-class candidate experience and contribute to EA's reputation as a Best Place to Work. Responsibilities You will partner with our recruiters to schedule interviews for candidates, navigating multiple calendars and time zones to ensure efficient coordination. You will audit offer letters for accuracy and compliance, supporting us in maintaining hiring practices across all departments. You will coordinate new hire onboarding tasks. You will contribute to process improvement projects within Global Talent Acquisition, helping us refine workflows and enhance our Talent Coordinator Community. Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in an office or administrative role, supporting recruiting or talent acquisition processes. Experience scheduling and coordinating interviews across multiple calendars and time zones, using tools such as Outlook and Google Workspace. Experience auditing offer letters and supporting onboarding tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems to manage candidate information and recruitment workflows. We desire experience in the following, although it is not required: Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems, Workday, Google Workspace Pay Transparency - North America Compensation And Benefits The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). PAY RANGES British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$60,300 - $78,800 CAD Ontario *$60,300 - $74,800 CAD Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
