About the role
What you will be doing at Pinchin
- Design and create branded visual assets and reusable templates including flyers, newsletters, banners, digital and print advertisements, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
- Apply strong knowledge of graphic design principles such as typography, contrast, layout, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy to all materials.
- Develop, adapt, and maintain templates that follow Pinchin’s brand guidelines while supporting a variety of marketing and communication needs.
- Create and format professional documents and presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, ensuring a high standard of visual consistency and clarity.
- Support marketing initiatives by helping present technical or complex content in a visually clear, interesting, and engaging way, using design and layout to improve understanding.
- Assist with video and motion content, including short-form videos, basic animations, and visual storytelling using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Biteable, and Vyond.
- Collect, organize, and prepare content (visual assets, photos, videos, and inputs from internal teams) for use across digital channels.
- Build, maintain, and support a social media content calendar, coordinating visuals, messaging, and timing with marketing priorities.
- Manage and coordinate content scheduling across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and the company website, ensuring content is presented in a strategic, visually engaging, and platform‑appropriate way.
- Work closely with marketing and internal team members to ensure content is accurate, aligned with objectives, and delivered on time.
- Organize and manage digital assets and files, maintaining version control and ensuring strong attention to detail.
- Contribute creative ideas and design concepts to support ongoing marketing and digital content initiatives.
What you bring to the Pinchin team
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in graphic design and marketing principles, with a sharp eye for visual quality and detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); experience with Canva is required.
- Experience or working knowledge of video editing and animation tools, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Biteable, and Vyond.
- Strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to work confidently within brand guidelines while creatively adapting content for different formats and audiences.
- Highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfortable coordinating content and maintaining a structured social media schedule.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple team members.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and contribute in a professional environment.
